Blackberry, Apple Juice and a Citrus Acidity
Farmed by 1200 farmers in part of a co-op from Kenya in Kirinyaga County. Located 1300MASL, this washed SL28 in sundried on raised beds.
The coffee is wet processed using a cool overnight fermentation after pulping. The coffee is fermented to break down the sugars, before it is cleaned, soaked and spread out on the raised drying tables.
